Alexandre, for example, has been recently promoted to service delivery manager.
“I started at Axepta BNP Paribas as customer & sales support officer in November 2020. A multifaceted position I would say, of which the main role is to process customer contracts. Basically, I was turning customer contracts into a payment solution order. This involves the implementation of a series of technical configurations with different levels of difficulty, necessary to provide the customer with a ready-to-use payment terminal upon receipt. At the same time, I was dealing with more technically complex cases in support of my customer care colleagues. I also had the privilege to take care of the training of new joiners regarding our internal systems and protocols.”
This position of service delivery manager was partially opened in response to the need to better manage our service delivery to key clients.
“In my new role, I am responsible for the overall coordination of our service delivery to our key customers. This includes service management and continuous improvement, incident and change management. It’s very pleasant to be able to grow internally and to acquire new skills. Of course, you have to be well surrounded for that. And I’m not just talking about the good support and assistance from human resources and management. I have great colleagues. The attitude and teamwork foster a positive constructive environment in which you want to go the extra mile. After two years of being in the company, I can tell you that it is a real pleasure to work at Axepta BNP Paribas. I am feeling good here, as simple as that.”
